Lava International (stylized as LΛVΛ) is an Indian multinational technology company that manufactures smartphones, laptops, computer hardware, and other consumer electronics. It was founded in 2009 by Hari Om Rai, Shailendra Nath Rai, Sunil Raina, Sanjeev Agarwal, Sunil Bhalla and Vishal Sehgal. Lava revamped their product line in 2021 with the launch of the Agni series, to relaunch the brand and gain more market share in the Indian Smartphone Segment.

Research and development

Market share

In 2025, Lava International Limited leads Indian mobile brands with a modest 2–3% market share, followed by Micromax, Karbonn, Intex, and Xolo, all with less than 1%.
