This is a list of the non-marine molluscs of the Czech Republic. That country is land-locked and therefore it has no marine molluscs, only land and freshwater species, including snails, slugs, freshwater clams and freshwater mussels. There are 247{{Cite journal |last=Horsák |first=Michal |last2=Juřičková |first2=Lucie |last3=Beran |first3=Luboš |last4=Čejka |first4=Tomáš |last5=Dvořák |first5=Libor |date=2010-10-10 |title=Komentovaný seznam měkkýšů zjištěných ve volné přírodě České a Slovenské republiky [Annotated list of mollusc species recorded outdoors in the Czech and Slovak Republics] |url=http://mollusca.sav.sk/pdf/9/9.suppl1.htm |journal=Malacologica Bohemoslovaca |volume=9 |issue=S1 |pages=1–37 |doi=10.5817/MaB2010-9-s1-v2 |issn=1336-6939|doi-access=free }} species of molluscs living in the wild in the Czech Republic. In addition there are at least 11 gastropod species surviving in greenhouses.

There are 219 gastropod species (50 freshwater and 169 land species) and 28 bivalve species living in the wild.

There are also 11 introduced gastropod species (5 freshwater and 7 land species) and 4 bivalve species living in the wild in the Czech Republic. This is a total of 9 freshwater non-indigenous species living in natural habitats.
