List of Panamax ports

{{Short description|none}}

{{Update|date=March 2015}}

A Panamax port is a deepwater port that can accommodate a fully laden Panamax ship. With the completion of the Panama Canal expansion project in 2016, this list will need to be significantly revised due to larger "post panamax" ships transiting Panama. Other lists are required for even bigger Valemax and Chinamax ships.{{cite web|url=http://www.imsinfo.com/industry-insights/u-s-port-projects-spurred-by-panama-canal-expansion/ |title=U.S. Port Projects Spurred by Panama Canal Expansion |publisher=ImsInfo |date=2016-01-20 |access-date=2018-09-16}}
