The International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties (IMCWP) is an annual conference attended by communist and workers' parties from several countries. It originated in 1998 when the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) invited communist and workers' parties to participate in an annual conference where parties could gather to share their experiences and issue a joint declaration.{{cite web |title=International meeting of Communist and Workers Parties, Athens, Greece |url=http://www.cpusa.org/article/international-meeting-of-communist-and-workers-parties-athens-greece/ |website=CPUSA.org |date=8 July 2003 |publisher=Communist Party of the United States of America |access-date=23 November 2019 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20191020112115/http://www.cpusa.org/article/international-meeting-of-communist-and-workers-parties-athens-greece/ |archive-date=20 October 2019 |url-status=live}} The most recent and 23rd meeting of the IMCWP was held in October 2023 in ฤฐzmir and was hosted by the Communist Party of Turkey (TKP).{{Cite web |title=Solidnet {{!}} 23rd International Meeting of Communist & Workers Parties |url=http://www.solidnet.org/meetings-and-statements/imcwp/23rd-international-meeting-of-communist-workers-parties/ |access-date=2023-12-12 |website=solidnet.org |archive-date=21 October 2023 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20231021213512/http://solidnet.org/meetings-and-statements/imcwp/23rd-international-meeting-of-communist-workers-parties/ |url-status=live}} The 24th meeting was scheduled to be held in Lebanon, hosted by the Lebanese Communist Party (LCP) between 25โ€“27 October 2024,{{Cite web |title=The 24th International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties to be held in Beirut in October |url=https://www.idcommunism.com/2024/06/the-24th-international-meeting-of-communist-and-workers-parties-to-be-held-in-beirut-in-october.html |access-date=2024-11-21}} but was postponed due to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon.International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties (@id_communism).
